What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel within 24 hours of booking and you are refunded in full, whenever you booked. After that: cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund, or less than 7 days but at least a day ahead for a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours of check-in, and no-shows, are not refunded. Refunds are processed to the card you paid with.
How do I cancel?
If you booked here, open your reservation from the confirmation email you got when you booked and choose “Cancel this Reservation”. Your cancellation policy is applied and the refund is processed automatically. Can’t find the email? Reply to any message from us and we’ll send the link or cancel it for you. If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com, cancel on that site; we cannot cancel their bookings from our end.
Is there parking?
Yes. Daytime parking is available in the retail garages, and overnight guest parking is about $10 per night plus tax, paid directly to the parking provider. Please park only in designated guest spaces.
How do I get in?
Self check-in with a keyless smart lock. Your building and apartment codes arrive with your check-in instructions on the day you arrive.
Is there a pool and a gym?
Yes — the community has a resort-style pool and a gym located in the leasing office.
Do you take a damage deposit?
No. We don’t hold a deposit, we don’t pre-authorize your card, and there is no damage fee added to your booking. Accidents happen in a home and ordinary wear is on us. All we ask is that you tell us while you’re here — a cracked glass is nothing, and a small leak caught on day one is a lot cheaper than one found at check-out. If something is badly damaged or missing, we’ll send you photographs and the actual repair or replacement cost and talk it through with you. Smoking indoors, pets or a party are different: those break the house rules and carry the remediation cost, because they affect the guests who come after you.
