Yes. The building entry code is OK to share with Delivery / DoorDash.

In the hallway between Johnny Was and Tory Burch.
Is parking included?
Yes — one car is included free with your reservation, using the RFID tag left in the apartment.
Where do I park during the day?
Park in any retail parking or unreserved parking on the 5th floor of Pink Garage (recommended). Do not park in reserved or restricted parking. Follow signs.
Where do I park overnight?
Guests with the RFID parking tag can park free in any unreserved space on the 5th floor of Pink Garage. Additional vehicles or guests without RFID must use designated Guest Parking spaces, scan the QR code, and pay.
How much does guest parking cost?
Whatever price is shown when you scan the QR code. Parking is run by a third-party operator, not by the host, and the host does not set or control the price.
Where do I return the RFID parking tag?
Leave it on the kitchen island at check-out. A missing, lost or accidentally taken tag carries a $100 non-refundable fee — mail-in returns are not accepted, because the next guest needs it immediately.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings: a full refund within 24 hours of booking whenever you booked; a full refund 7 or more days before check-in; 50% if you cancel less than 7 days but at least a day ahead; nothing inside 24 hours of check-in or for a no-show. If you booked through a channel, that channel's policy applies.
How do I cancel my reservation?
If you booked directly with us, open your reservation from the booking confirmation email you received when you booked, and choose "Cancel this Reservation". The cancellation policy is applied and your refund is processed automatically. If you cannot find that email, reply to any message from us and we will send the link or cancel it for you. If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com, cancel on that site — those bookings cannot be cancelled from our end.
Can we leave our luggage after check-out?
Sorry, no — bags cannot stay in the apartment after 11:00 AM. Cleaning starts right after check-out and the next guest is on the way. The Domain has plenty of shops and restaurants to pass time in, and luggage storage apps like Bounce have drop-off spots nearby.
What should I do before checking out?
Return RFID tag to kitchen island, start dishwasher, place used towels in bathtub, take trash to Trash/Recycle near elevators, turn off lights and appliances, set thermostat to 75°F in summer / 65°F in winter, lock the door. Do NOT turn off AC/heating. No need to strip the bed.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking indoors. You may smoke outside, including the balcony.
Are parties allowed?
No parties or events.
Are pets allowed?
No pets.
What are the quiet hours?
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
What is the Wi-Fi information?
Network name GiGstream, password [shared once your booking is confirmed].
How many people can stay?
Up to 3 guests. One queen bed and a long couch (not a sofa bed). One bathroom.
Can I have visitors who are not on the booking?
Visitors may come by, but only the booked guests may stay overnight.
Is there a gym?
Yes — a 24-hour fitness center at 11400 Domain Drive, opened with the building access code.
What time is the pool open?
10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Is there a pool?
Yes, open 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It's in Building 2, behind the leasing office building.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
Whole Foods Market is right here at The Domain, 11920 Domain Drive — a short walk from the apartment.
Where is the nearest pharmacy?
Walgreens at 1910 W Braker Lane, about 5 minutes by car. H-E-B and the larger stores are a little further north.
How far is the airport?
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is roughly 20–25 minutes by car; check a map for live traffic.
What toiletries are provided?
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus Q-tips, cotton pads and tampons. Towels are 100% Turkish cotton, and there are dark makeup towels too.
Is there a first aid kit?
Yes, in the bathroom.
Is there a crib, pack-n-play or high chair?
No, those are not available in the apartment.
Check-In
- Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
- Early check-in / late check-out: Karry will reach out to you about it.
- Arrival: Feel free to arrive any time after check-in; the home will be ready.
- Late-night arrival: Any hour is fine — 11 PM, 2 AM, 4 AM. Check-in is keyless and self-service, so nobody needs to meet you and the code works around the clock. Delayed flights need no warning and cost nothing extra.

- Finding the door: The Building 4 entrance is in the hallway between Johnny Was and Tory Burch.
- Lock wake: If the lock is dark, touch the YALE logo on the lock to wake it.

- Note: The apartment is on floor 1 of Building 4. Parking is on level 5 of the Pink Garage — the garage level and the apartment floor are different things.
Check-Out
- Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
- RFID parking tag: Return to the kitchen island to avoid a $100 penalty.
- Dishwasher: Start the dishwasher.
- Towels: Place used towels in the bathtub.
- Trash: Take trash out to Trash / Recycle located near the elevators.
- Lights and appliances: Turn off lights and appliances.
- Thermostat: Set to 75°F in summer / 65°F in winter.
- AC/heating: Do NOT turn off AC/heating when you check out.
- Door: Lock the door behind you. Press the YALE lock icon to lock; the door also auto-locks if left for a few minutes. Please double-check.
- Bed: No need to strip the bed.
- Cleaning: Do not spend last few minutes deep-cleaning. The checklist above is all that is asked.
- Luggage: Bags cannot be left in the apartment after check-out — cleaning begins immediately and the next guest follows.

Guest Parking Locations
- Option 1 (closest): Level 5 of Pink Garage (Neiman Marcus side).
Look for Guest Parking spaces near the Building 4 entrance.
If occupied, continue past the Building 4 entrance; more Guest Parking is along the west wall between Buildings 3 & 4, near the EV charging spaces.
Look for "Guest Parking" signs and QR code in each designated space.
Scan the QR code to register your vehicle.
- Option 2: Parking around Building 5 / Leasing office, on Esperanza Crossing and Robinson Rd.
Additional designated Guest Parking spaces are available around Building 5.
Sign indicates: OVERNIGHT GUEST PARKING 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM by permit only. Scan QR code to purchase. All others will be towed.
- Important: Park only in designated Guest Parking spaces. Vehicles parked in unauthorized spaces will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Easy Entry Steps:
1. Enter the code on the YALE keypad.
2. Press the check mark (✓) at the bottom left to unlock.
3. The door will unlock. Please close the door behind you.
- If the lock is dark, touch the YALE logo to wake it.
Locking the Door
- Press the YALE lock icon to lock.
- The door also auto-locks if left for a few minutes.
- Always double-check that the door is locked when leaving.

Safety Info
- Smoke Detectors: Installed and tested regularly. Never cover or remove one.
- Water Shut-Off: Valves are under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and the
toilet valve is behind the bowl on the left. If water is running where it
should not be, close the valve and call or message us straight away — a leak
in an apartment reaches the units below within minutes.
- Fire Extinguisher: Under kitchen sink cabinet.
- First Aid Kit: Bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Applies to bookings made directly with us. Guests who booked through a channel
are covered by that channel's own policy instead.
- Within 24 hours of booking: full refund, whenever the booking was made.
- 7 or more days before check-in: full refund.
- Less than 7 days, at least 1 day before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before check-in, or no-show: no refund.
- Refunds go back to the card used at booking.
- How to cancel: open the reservation from the booking confirmation email and
choose "Cancel this Reservation" — the policy is applied and the refund issued
automatically. Or reply to any email from us. Channel bookings are cancelled on
the channel.
Damages and Accidents
Applies to bookings made directly with us.
- No security deposit, no pre-authorization, no damage fee. Nothing is held
on the card and nothing is added to the booking total for damage.
- Accidents are expected. Ordinary wear and the occasional broken glass are
the cost of running a home, not something a guest is billed for.
- Tell us while you are still here. A problem reported on the day is cheaper
and easier to fix than one found at turnover, and it is the only way we can
put it right during the stay.
- Serious damage or missing items: we share photographs and the actual
repair or replacement cost, and discuss it with the guest. No invented
figures, and nothing charged without showing the evidence first.
- Rule breaks are not accidents. Smoking indoors, an unapproved pet, a
party, or an open flame carry the remediation cost, because they affect the
following guests and the neighbors.
- Fire or water, call first, not last. For anything burning or flooding:
911 if it is urgent, then us. Nobody is billed for calling too early, and the
difference between a towel and a ruined ceiling downstairs is about ten
minutes.
